While Cape Town Backgammon and Johannesburg Backgammon Club developed separately, with their own tournaments and league formats, in 2024, a proposal was tabled to establish a unifying SABGA National Ladder.
Bear with us as we further develop this idea towards a platform which can fairly represent the strength (and delineate between the strengths) of South African backgammon players across the country (and around the world!).
